Within Setal Construções' working philosophy, the Project Manager is the main responsible for the performance of services, controlling the activities - planning, cost control and subcontractors' coordination - and coordinating the involvement of all areas.

By working directly at the working site and backed up by the general administration, the Project Manager ensures the performance of the services within contracted schedule, cost and quality, as well as the understanding of the contractual requirements and obligations by all those involved in the project.

On behalf of the company's Board of Directors, the person in charge of the project always ensures a customized service, with customer's needs as a top priority.
